
I’m doing a new years challenge with Shrinking Jeans and our first assignment was to write out our specific fitness goals so here is mine. looking forward to any comments I get and to get in shape this year. I only have 7 1/2 yrs left till I hit 40 so I better get on track.
- get down to 220 by the end of the month
- exercise every day try for at least 60 min
- drink lots of water
- write down my meals get back into that habit
- incorporate veggies and fruit into my day
- limit sweets
